In the Etsy shop, all prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and you will be making payment in SGD as well. In the Artfire studio, all prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), but if the site detects your location it may display a converted estimate price in your local currency. However do note that even if approximate local prices may be displayed, all Artfire transactions are eventually conducted in USD.
Yes, around half our orders reach international recipients. Registered mail prices start from SGD5.50 for international delivery and SGD4.00 for Singapore delivery. A basic rate is applied for the first item, with increments for each additional item included in the same shipment. Your shipping total will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Yes, just get in touch if you would like something to be made larger or smaller. We can’t guarantee everything can be adjustable because of design or material considerations, but will try our best!
Yes, we love customising pieces! If you like an existing design but prefer it in a different colour or metal, or want something made completely from scratch with your own favourite gemstones, we can work on a custom design. Talk to us.
Let us know what it is and we might be able to re-create it, or something similar, provided we still have the materials or are able to re-order them within an acceptable timeframe.
Please see the details under Shop > Shipping > Transit & delivery. As your precious goodies are delivered via Registered Mail, a signature will be required upon receipt. So if there was no one to receive the delivery at the stipulated address, your postal agent would usually leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions on collection or how to arrange for redelivery.
