Singapore buyers
I would prefer DBS/POSB bank transfers in SGD and will advise you on prices in SGD if you contact me prior to buying, otherwise after you've made your purchase I will send a follow-up email bank where account details will be provided. However, you can also use Paypal if you have an account.

International buyers
I accept credit card payments via Paypal, no exceptions. Please note that all Paypal payments are due at the time of purchase. If you use an eCheck, your purchase will be shipped only after payment is cleared.

Most of my items are carefully packed in clean recycled bubble wrap, tucked into a reusable ziplock bag and/or tissue paper, and mailed in an eco-friendly bubble envelope. I try to keep shipping costs down by avoiding heavy packaging, but some items with a more fragile structure and will come to you in a box.

After payment, your order ships WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS to the address provided on Etsy, and not your Paypal address. If there is a discrepancy, I usually check with you first.

International shipping is offered to all countries at a flat rate. Items are shipped via registered mail, which requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping charges reflect actual costs of packaging and postage.

I have checked with the post office and insurance to the US or Europe is unfortunately not available on any jewellery items. In the case of a high-value item, I would recommend international courier (Speedpost/EMS). Please enquire for rates as they may vary by destination.

Please note that all duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Should you not receive your purchases within 4 weeks or if any item reaches you damaged, please let me know asap and I will work with you for a resolution.

Singapore - 2 to 3 working days
Asia Pacific - 4 to 6 working days
UK - 4 to 8 working days
Europe - 5 to 12 working days
USA, Middle East - 6 to 12 working days

For obvious reasons, I cannot accept returns for customised items. I do take pride in my work, but I also want you to be satisfied. If you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, please tell me within 3 days of receipt, and we'll try to work something out. Returns for store credit (less original shipping costs) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
