Returns, refund and exchanges

Should any item reach you in damaged condition, or if you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact Tellurus immediately to determine an agreeable resolution.

Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis only. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on customised items.

Returns should be in new and unused condition and carefully packaged. We will not be able to process a return if it has been damaged in return transit. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your privacy

Any data we collect via this website, our Artfire studio or our Etsy shop is used solely for the purpose of carrying out our business, i.e. to process and ship your order or to contact you with regards to your order.

Tellurus will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address or other information to third parties, and will not disclose such information to third parties without your explicit consent or unless required to by law.

We may occasionally send announcements or promotions via email and you will always have the choice of opting out.

Most importantly, we do not collect or store your credit card or any other financial information.
