All packages ship via SingPost Registered Mail, which requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, so packaging is usually kept simple and minimal.


Your items are carefully packed in a reusable ziplock storage bag, (recycled but clean) bubble wrap and/or tissue paper, and mailed in a padded envelope. Boxes are used if the items are delicate.

If you are gift-giving and would prefer multiple items to be packed separately, please indicate this with your order as the least amount of packaging is used by default.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within three business* days. If your Paypal address is different from the one provided during checkout, there may be a slight delay while the correct address is being verified. Please take note that this 3-day order processing lead time is in addition to the lead time on made-to-order items (will be specified in item descriptions).

Duties & taxes

Please be aware that when you purchase anything online and have it shipped to yourself from another country, you are considered an importer. Your country’s customs authority may levy an import tax/duty on your order, depending on its monetary value. This value is always stated accurately on the customs form attached to international packages. These payments are your sole responsibility. Tellurus cannot and shall not be liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Transit & delivery

These are approximate transit times for registered mail based on SingPost estimates:

Singapore – 2 business* days
Asia Pacific – 5 to 7 business* days
UK – 5 to 9 business* days
Europe – 6 to 12 business* days
USA, Middle East – 8 to 14 business* days

You will receive email confirmation via Etsy or Artfire once your order has been shipped, including the article registration number if applicable. For international deliveries, please expect delays in transit times and customs clearance during peak holiday seasons, inclement weather or times of heightened security.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 18 business* days, please contact us so that we can follow up the post office to trace the shipment.

*Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and designated Singapore public holidays, as well as national holidays in your own country.
